All NZ orders are sent by Postehaste/GO SWEET SPOT.
All orders are tracked within NZ and are overnight deliveries for a flat fee of $7.00. Shipping is free to NZ with the spend of $100 or over.
Shipping to Australia is $9.95 for standard shipping, or you may choose tracked, signed express shipping to Australia for $30. We recommend this method for any items over $200 value.
Shipping to the rest of the world is $40. While this may incur extra taxes or charges it is the safest way for your package to get to you. Additional costs may be sent to you via paypal before sending. If you would like standard shipping worldwide, please contact us before placing your order. Generally this is around half the price and does not incur taxes or additional costs.
You can also choose local pick up to pick up from our Auckland Store, free of charge. You can choose this option at checkout.
All orders will be posted once payment is received.
Tosca and Salome will not be liable for un-received parcels once they have been despatched. We will do our best to locate your item should you not receive it, but we will not issue you a refund on your item. It is the customers decision upon purchase to state whether they wish to have tracked and signed courier.
Final prices do not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed and this is the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information. This is only imposed when shipped by courier, not standard shipping.
We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchases. Please note that many of our products are made from vintage fabrics and handmade from local artisans around the globe therefore may have imperfections which make them unique. These contribute to the beauty of your selected piece.
If you are not happy with your item, you can return this for a store credit. We do not offer cash refunds on our online store at present. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags and accessories attached. Sale, discounted, and special order items are are not eligible to be returned, or for a store credit.
Refunds will be made via direct bank transfer via our website system and can take up to 10 working days maximum to appear in your account.
At this stage, Shipping charges are not reimbursed for returned purchases under any circumstances whether they are NZ or international orders nor do we cover the costs of returning items.
All returns/exchanges must meet the following requirements:
* Mail it back within 7 business days from the date of purchase (14 for international customers)
* Merchandise must be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with ALL tags still attached
* We will not accept returns on sale items or jewellery.
* We will not accept more than 2 returns in a row from the same customer & reserve the right to return to sender should we feel the customer has exceeded an appropriate amount of returns.
Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. Tosca and Salome reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition. All credit notes are to be used within 3 months of issue date. Credit notes cannot be redeedmed for gift vouchers unless requested upon return.
Gift Vouchers are to be redeemed within 3 months unless arranged otherwise.
Yes we offer layby for our NZ and Australian customers.
If you would like to layby an online purchase - Simply select Pay by Laybuy at checkout. Your order will be processed immediately and your payment schedule will be established with Laybuy allowing you to paid off your layby over a 6 week period.

SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS CAN NOT BY LAYBY'ED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE
20% deposit of cash value goods is required.
Balance of account must be made within 6 weeks from date of purchase.
You may however, at any time during the period of payment, pay the amount owing & receive possession of the goods. If the order is cancelled or if payment is not completed within 6 weeks of the date of purchase a 20% layby cancellation fee will be applied and the goods will be returned to stock. This cancellation fee is 20% of the full price item. In such cases the rights of the buyer & seller are as set out in section 9 of the Layby Sales Act 1971.
Items cannot be swapped or exchanged under any circumstance after 7 days.

We are thrilled to offer a fabulous rewards programme at Tosca & Salome. Earn 1 points for every $1 NZD you spend.
Loyalty rewards can be redeemed on all full priced purchases over $100 in store or online. Only one $50 loyalty reward voucher is redeemable per transaction. Up to two vouchers may be used on a full priced purchase of $1250 and over.
Rewards cannot be used for:
On items already discounted from the original RRR
As a set up layby payment (a single $50 rewards voucher may be used as a final payment only)
In conjunction with any other offer or redeeming a voucher.
Any second purchase in 24 hours after previously redeeming a reward voucher.
Any purchase on a SPELL DESIGNS item which is a new release, 48 hours within the release time and date. After 48 hours, any rewards vouchers will become active.
Regretfully any 'Welcome to Tosca' or purchase today discount codes cannot be used on the day of any SPELL DESIGNS release in store or online. These can be used 48 hours after the time of release.
